This dog friendly home has a wonderful wraparound porch and is perfect for a family and friends! With three bedrooms, and two and a half baths, there is plenty of room for everyone. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to watch tv or read, and a nice desk area if you have work to get done. A fully functioning kitchen and seating at the kitchen table or on the back porch will ensure you have the comforts of home during your stay.

Please Note:
✓ Duplex home with separate parking and entrance.
✓ Every Monday is trash day and recycling is every other week. We kindly ask our guests cooperation in bringing the bins curbside from the back for pick up if your stay falls on a Sunday.
✓ No Smoking. Guests can smoke in the backyard, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house.
✓ No parties and illegal substance. Unauthorized guests will be charged $20.00 per guest. Please observe quiet time - 9 PM to 7 AM
✓ We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. We kindly request that you wash any dirty dishes and take out the trash on the day of your check-out.
✓ Please check out by 11 AM. Late check out may result to $50 per hour.
✓ Please be advised that nightly rate increases when you add your pups and will not show as a separate line item during the booking process. It is important to reveal the number of guests and dogs during the booking process. If you will be bringing a 3rd dog, there is an additional fee of $50.
✓ If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.

Safety:
✓ Security cameras and floodlights in front and back.
✓ Only one camera at the front door covers entryway, and one camera facing the backyard. On and recording 24/7 during the reservation.
All cameras are at the front door and backyard for the safety of ourselves and our guests.
✓ Must be at least 21 years old
✓ Names and identification may be requested by the host.
