The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
Welcome to your temporary home! Park your car in the covered garage, unload your luggage, and head on in. As you enter, the bright and airy entryway will take your breath away. You’ll immediately feel relaxed and at home. From the front door, you’ll be able to see straight across and out the large back windows to the blue pool shimmering under the Texas sun. Although you’ll be tempted to head straight out there, you should check out the rest of the home first and call dibs on your favorite room.
You’ll find 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the perfect size for a family or group of friends. The first floor houses the master suite, with a huge, newly remodeled bathroom featuring dual sinks, a soaking tub, a standing shower, and a walk-in closet. The rest of the bedrooms are all furnished with lavish furniture and bedding as well — perfect for resting up after a long day of activities. You’ll also find the second full bath with two sinks as well, making getting ready to head out in the morning SO much easier. The loft area provides a large open space with a foosball table to show off your skills while looking down into the living room directly below.
Our spacious living area features soaring ceilings and a stunning view overlooking the pool and large backyard. It’s the perfect spot to gather as a group on the comfy couches, in front of the gorgeous fireplace and mantel and huge smat TV with cable TV package. The living room flows directly into your fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up some meals. With everything you need, you’ll feel like you’re in your own kitchen. Head out through the patio doors and into the large fenced-in backyard. You’ll have access to a covered patio area right beside the grand pool, which you won’t be able to resist taking a dip in.
Top to bottom we will deck you out with all luxuries to make your stay as exquisite as possible
In terms of beds layout, each bedroom features a unique sleeping arrangement, sure to please even the fussiest of guests:
The master bedroom has one king bed, a smart TV, and a full en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed + a Twin over twin bunk bed.
The third bedroom has a queen bed.
The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed.
The fifth bedroom has two twins over twin bunk beds (this room will be open only for groups of 12+)
You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!
Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful house, back yard, and amenities this property has to offer.

Conveniently located in the Westchester neighborhood of Grand Prairie, your vacation home will be just 20 to 25 minutes away from DFW Airport and downtown Dallas. You’ll have easy access to both Dallas and Fort Worth on either side. Drive 15 to 20 minutes in either direction and you’ll hit Joe Pool Lake and Mountain Creek Lake. We’re right in the center of it all!
In addition to the many amazing Dallas attractions, you’ll be within minutes of several other great family attractions, including some right here in Grand Prairie. Shop awesome deals at the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets just 10 minutes away. Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is a great time for the whole family, and if you’re visiting during the holiday season, the Prairie Lights display is a must-see, both just under 15 minutes away. Check out who’s playing at The Theatre at Grand Prairie, our live concert hall; be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum; pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys — all just 20 minutes away. We’re also just a short drive away from the first-ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO STREET PARKING ★
No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
