Enjoy this fully furnished, stylish and modern home, that will make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. You also get to swim in the quiet, screened in, private pool with spacious pool deck and patio set for that late dinner under the stars or enjoy the multicolored pool lights and pergola.
This home has a living room, family room, four/4 cozy bedrooms including the primary bedroom with a king size bed, dresser, an en suite bath, with a large soaking tub and private access out to the lanai and pool deck. The other three bedrooms, have a double bed, tv, ceiling fan and luggage racks, as well as a closet with hangers for your use. All on one level; there are no stairs.
There are Roku TVs in all rooms, and recliners in the living room and famiky room to enjoy relaxing after a long day. Prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and then dine together at either of the nearby tables. There is children's dinnerware, books and boardgames to make family memories with.
Wi-Fi/internet with speeds up to 400 Mbps, so plenty fast enough to work from home, if needed, play games on your gaming system or watch your favorite movies/tv shows.
There is a landline available, in case of emergency.
You'll have access to all rooms in the house; locked doors excluded (garage and owner’s closet)
There are speed bumps in our subdivision, please keep this in mind if you have a low riding vehicle.
The HOA has banned all fireworks, including on 4th of July, I’m sorry! Please respect our neighbors. Regrettably we can't have any trailers or RVs in the street or driveway.
Enjoy beach's (80-120 mi.), theme parks (30 mi.), & Kennedy Space Ctr. (73 mi.) just a short drive away. Convenient to local supermarkets (Publix is 5 minutes away) and plenty of restaurants with multiple golf courses are in close proximity. There’s also an outlet shopping center close by.

The “Ivey Florida Getaway” (on Facebook) is a family friendly, quiet vacation home with 24-hour surveillance cameras and coded gate to get into the subdivision! It’s expected of my guests to respect our neighbors and be quiet! You will receive that 4-digit code to use while you're our guest, it will be given to you on the morning of arrival.
There is a private clubhouse with a resort style public pool, fitness center and library. Request info once reservation has been booked.
There is an active Ring camera at the entrance of the front door. There are also cameras surrounding the outside of the house that are active, the pool camera is deactivated.
When you leave, my only check out "rules" are that you take out your trash/recycle to the garbage can/s, make sure you don't leave anything behind, put the air conditioner on 74, make sure all doors are locked and have a safe trip home.
