Welcome to our beautiful home w/ sparkling pool & relaxing spa! This home is centrally located w/ easy access to major Highways, an array of top dining & shopping destinations w/in close proximity & exciting Houston attractions! Our home is fully stocked, 2 stories, spacious open floor plan, natural light & boasts 3 full bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a game room w/a pool table & an extra movie room w/a sofa that converts into a Queen bed. It has a phenomenal backyard w/ BBQ, lounging table, sparkling pool & spa!
Beautiful two story home, upon entering you are welcomed by an abundance of natural light and open floor plan that allows you to view the pool and backyard from the front door entrance. Full office suitable to get work done is to the left of the entrance and half bathroom and stairs that lead to the upstairs to the right. The spacious living room is ahead and opens into the dining room that seats 6 and fully stocked kitchen! Patio door that leads to the backyard next to the kitchen. The backyard has open space, a beautiful pool and spa which is open year long and has a HEATING FEATURE FOR THE POOL & SPA OPTION FOR AN ADDITIONAL $95 PER DAY. A covered BBQ grill and lounge seating. There are also plastic plates, bowls and glasses conveniently equipped in the kitchen for patio use.
All three bedrooms are upstairs, master with attached en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with queen beds and dressers as well as the game room with pool table and full bathroom! Also upstairs is the washer/dryer and extra movie room with a Queen bed pull out sofa. It sleeps 1-2 people additionally. There are windows that look out to the front and back yard and an abundance of natural light!
Family friendly and safe neighborhood! There is also a play park for children just steps from the home which is available to enjoy!

•Only responsible pet owners allowed. Must be approved. No pets allowed on any furniture or upstairs. No potty allowed back or front yard. Must be walked on a leash and picked up after always.
•Respect neighborhood, neighbors & quiet hours from 10pm- 9am.
•Check In is after 3pm. Check out is 11am.
