The open concept main level includes a kitchen fit for a master chef. 36” gas range top, convection oven and convection microwave. The fridge, counter depth, with French doors and enough space to hold the food to feed a houseful of hungry teenagers.
This recently upgraded home includes a large family room off the back of the house with a massive comfy sectional to lay out and catch up on your latest Netflix series on the 64” screen. Seating for 10 in the dining room, a built-in bar to keep your wine and beer chilled and an icemaker for those summer margaritas. The laundry room (not a closet) has a large folding table and laundry sink.
On the upper floor, you will find 3 well outfitted bedrooms, including the Master. The master bedroom is next level in comfort and class. A king size adjustable bed with luxury linens, two-way gas fireplace that can be seen while soaking in your oversized tub inside the spa-like bathroom or while lying in bed listening to music from built-in speaker system or watch TV from bed on a 90″ screen. The automated blinds set the scene to day or night. You can also unwind by sitting in your infrared sauna or relax on your 10 x16 ft fully furnished balcony. Did I mention the walk-in closet? The lower level has yet another living space with 55” TV, a full bathroom with extra long soaker tub, and a bedroom outfitted with a double bed. If all this wasn’t enough, enter the captivating private back yard and look out over the tiered and beautifully landscaping while you sip wine on your covered patio and make a meal on the Saber BBQ., listening to favourite tunes on the surround sound speaker system.
