1 dog is welcome for a $150 fee. Please note:
1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing a dog and the fee must be paid prior to check-in. Exceptions apply for service animals, but proof that your dog is a service animal must be provided.
2. You must clean up after your dog including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
3. Your dog must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Dogs must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.

Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. -We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
