It’s a short ride on the provided golf cart or a scenic walk to the Baytowne Wharf, where you’ll find lots of great shops, restaurants, and activities. The beach itself is easily accessible via the free tram that operates in the community, and you’re surrounded by golf courses, shopping, state parks, mini-golf, amusement parks and more. A community pool offers another option for enjoying the sunshine.
But first, coffee - take the opportunity to truly relax at home with a cup on the patio or primary bedroom’s balcony, overlooking the serene Baytowne Golf Course. Inside the home, you’ll find modern, coastal decor, abundant natural light, and an open layout, perfect for reconnecting with family and friends. Little helpers will love perching on the kitchen island’s barstools while the chef uses the full suite of stainless steel appliances and counter space to whip up a masterpiece. Sit down for a meal together at the window-front table before heading out to explore. Cool off in the central AC when you return and get comfortable on the soft leather sectional in the living room for a little TV.
