Outdoor:
Have some fun in the sun with friends and family in the pool! Start your day by getting into your swim gear from the detached private bathroom, which features a tile shower, private changing room, toilet, and vanity sink. Laying on one of the four lounge chairs, catching some rays, or hanging with friends. Spark up competition on the classic bean bag toss game. Then, prepare lunch for the family on the natural gas-fueled 4-burner barbecue grill and turn on the misters to stay cool. Practice your mixology skills on the bar counter, which features a pull-out cooler and seating for seven. Dine alfresco and grab a spot on one of the two tables under the covered patio, one of which doubles as a fire table. Seating for up to 10. Gather around the poker table inside the garage with seating for six. Mini-split is available to ensure you stay cool during sunny days. In the garage, you will also find an EV charging station. As the sun sets, turn on the party lights and dance under the covered gazebo. You will be able to stay fresh with the attached fan and the lighting it offers. Additional features include lighting and bluetooth compatible so you may enjoy your favorite songs and you relax! This property features a horse stable with a large holding area and horse stalls, perfect for anyone coming down to enjoy the Polo Fields. Enjoy the horse trail from the property and ride away with your stallion into the sunset. There's a direct pathway from the main house side patio gate to the stables so you may keep an eye on your horses!

This vacation home opens to a spacious living room with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 75-inch Samsung 4K Smart television with a comfort switch-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for 12. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a HUGE side-by-side refrigerator. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and counter height dining with seating for six. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Master Suite 1 is across from Suite 2 and features a King-sized Bed, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a jetted tub with two contoured seats, a step-in tile shower, a bidet, his and her vanity sinks and a makeup counter. Suite 2 is across from Master Suite 1 and features two King-sized Beds, 43-inch LG Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.
Casita Suite 3 is next to the garage and is accessible through the patio and features a King-sized Bed, two Queen-sized Sofa Sleepers, 55-inch Samsung with Roku Smart television in the living room, a 70-inch Vizio with Roku Smart Television in the bedroom, a switch-controlled ceiling fan in the living room, remote-controlled ceiling fan in bedroom, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. This private casita features its own washer & dryer, built-in mini fridge, built-in microwave, single basin sink, and additional dish-ware. The convertible game table converts into a dining table, ping pong table and pool table. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower with double shower heads and double vanity sinks.
Bedroom 4 is next to the laundry room and features two Queen-sized Beds, 43-inch LG Smart television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a built-in shelf with a clothes hanger rod.
