1 DESCRIPTION
Old Breton granite house of about 160 m², located in the center of the town of Plancoët, quiet environment.
5 main rooms, kitchen and scullery, shower and bath rooms, 4 toilets, either:
ON THE GROUND FLOOR :
A lounge / dining room,
A kitchen with adjoining utility room,
A room with bed of 140, room of shower (with the Italian) and wc adjoining and privative.
Another independent toilet.
EXTERIOR:
Garden (400 m²) enclosed by granite walls, 2 terraces (south orientation for the whole) with views of the Pré Rolland Park where runs the ARGUENON. As you turn around, you will discover the beautiful tower that represents the oldest part of the house (photos).
UPSTAIRS :
2 bedrooms each with a bed of 140 and 1 bedroom with two beds of 90.
Bathroom, 2 toilets.
2 SITUATION OF THE GITE:
From behind, dominates the beautiful wooded site of Pré Rolland where runs the ARGUENON, Breton name meaning "LA RIVIERE BLANCHE" A magnificent view of our terraces and windows!
From the front, is in the center of Plancoët:
Bakery, butcher, delicatessen, hairdressers, fashion, aesthetics, press, tourist information, etc that pharmacy and medical center, accessible on foot just like the Saturday market.
Large areas 1 km: hyper U, and 1.5 km: ldll, Leclerc.
