This fully renovated large and modern single storey home - flat floors throughout - has very large living, dinning and kitchen areas, 3 single rooms - two overlooking the pool - a substantial master with on-suite and its own private courtyard.
Wheelchair access to all parts of the home and second bathroom.
300 metres to Bull Creek Shopping Centre, 500 metres to Murdoch station, 3 stops to Perth's CBD or 20 minutes to the seaside centre of Mandurah.
This home is, in the words of our guests, 'Massive'. Apart from its volume, it has all the modern features you'd expect including a fully renovated and modern kitchen. Two great bathrooms (one with oversize shower) which makes it wheelchair friendly and accessible. The main living area really is very large - the photo's don't do it justice.
The dining room accommodates a 6 seat dinning table comfortably accommodates you and your quests. The open plan living area includes a lounge section and a 70inch HD Smart TV. With your free Wifi, just punch in your Netflix details and your viewing pleasure begins.
The outdoor area has a fully refurbished and compliant fully safety fenced swimming pool - Fully Council Safety Approved Certificate - which is ready for you to use. The undercover outdoor area includes a full size BBQ for your year round enjoyment and family entertainment
Guest Requirements:
1. All Adult Guests are Required to Provide Government Issued Photo ID
2. A redacted copy of the credit card used to make the booking payment
3. A selfie of you and your government ID
4. All of the above requirements must be completed before you will be registered with the Keyless Entry System and access your apartment

Ask us about Perth and the things to do, places to visit and accessing the transport system if you don't have a car (there's great access to buses and trains and shops)and most other things. I'll do my best to help you out.
The house is located in a quiet friendly street - it's a safe cul-de-sac - in a excellent neighbourhood. There is a good size shopping centre - Woolworths and Target - plus all of the usual speciality stores just 300 metres walk away, plus a public library. A major shopping centre is a 15-20 minute bus ride away or 10 minutes by car.
If you have a car, there is space to park 2 or 3 cars in the house's driveway. However, the train is just 500 meters walk from the home and you are just 3 stops from the CBD. The nearest bus stop is even closer!Trains and buses run throughout the day and into the night.
We recommend an evening walk for a little exercise and to orientate yourself and find Tavern, after hours Take-Away stores and major liquor retails outlets.
While our maximum guest size is 5 - the maximum number of bed spaces - we encourage you to share the home with family and friends in a quite and respectful manner. Most of our guests have had family members over for BBQ's, dinners, birthday and other celebrations without impacting on the neighbours. We encourage you to do the same but we do not allow any other than small family gatherings

To ensure a safe environment during the Pandemic, we require all guests over 18 years of age to provide Photo ID when booking the home and also their CoVid-19 Vaccination Certificates

If smoking outside, ensure are a comfortable distance away from any open door or window and dispose of butts correctly.
SAFETY CONCERN:
Do not place the outdoor furniture near the pool perimeter fencing - this is a potential child climbing hazard. Let's work together to keep everyone safe.
We don't allow events or large parities but we do allow small family based celebrations such as Birthdays, Easter and Christmas dinners and other similar small family celebrations.

The home is large but the maximum overnight occupancy is 5 people.
