The Space:
This renovated modern cottage is light and airy with new furnishings, cute decor, and lots of natural lighting ~ open living area with plushy pillows, colorful throw blankets, comfy sofa that converts into a queen sofa bed for additional guests. Big screen TV ~ dining area for 6. Expansive cooks kitchen fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishware, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, & fridge/freezer.
Sweet master bedroom queen size pillow top bed, surrounded by natural lighting & dappled sunlight of the evergreen cypress trees ~ private bath
The second bedroom has a trundle bed with a private bath ~ travel toiletries included plus a hair dryer!
The peaceful sunroom with a lovely view of the orchard is your personal getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sit back, relax with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and get ready to let your worries slip away.
The cottage is in a country setting on a scenic tree-lined lane surrounded by rolling hills of vineyards ~ our landscape is a labor of love in progress, though feel free to leisurely stroll through the apple orchard and you might see our neighbors horses! During the winter a babbling brook circles around the property. Guests are welcome to pick and enjoy the apples and anything else growing on the property.
We allow up to well-behaved 2 dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100/dog. No cats. Thank you for understanding

You have the cottage to yourself. Wander in the garden, sit outside and listen to the Eucalyptus trees blowing in the wind!

Spectacular views and sprawling vista's while still having close access to town. Enjoy several hiking trails close by, or drive on a breathtaking country roads directly from the house to a variety of attractions. vineyards, Tasting rooms, The Barlow, hiking, biking and the ocean; so much to do, you will have a hard time choosing what to do next.
The cottage is located in the countryside with vineyards surrounding the back of the property. It is very easy to find in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood.
