A brief summary
• The apartment caters comfortably for a family of 4, however it will sleep up to 6 in 2 bedrooms (king and twin), plus a large sofa bed in the lounge.
• A fully fitted kitchen, dine either inside, or out.
• Wi-Fi and air con in every room.
• Situated in a quiet area of the resort with stunning views from the balcony.
• Easy access to all of the resorts facilities, including 11 pools, spa, shops, bars and golf course.

• Approx. 20 minutes to the centre of Kusadasi by car/taxi.
• Transfers from Izmir airport take 1hr 15 mins and from Bodrum airport 90 mins.

Brand new for 2020, you'll find plenty of space in the living area, split into a comfortable lounge and dining area which will easily accommodate 6 people. The bedrooms are light and airy with brand new fitted wardrobes to maximise space. There are blackout curtains which will help you get a good night’s sleep (or a cheeky siesta!) while the nets will give you privacy when needed. The sleeping possibilities are:
• The master bedroom has a king size bed and double doors opening onto the patio.
• The second bedroom has twin beds which can be moved together to make a king size bed.
• There is a sofa bed in the lounge which makes a king size double too.
All bed linen is provided.
The kitche is fully kitted out with Bosch appliances, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. We've also got all of the equipment and utensils required for making a quick snack or a full meal.
The bathroom offers ample space and has the flexibility of a bath and a powerful shower over it. Bath towels are provided.
From the balcony you will enjoy stunning panoramic views down the valley to Söke's cotton fields and across to the main hotel complex. Just 5 metres from our door you'll find a secluded grassy area, perfect for late evening drinks in the sun.
One of the big advantages of our apartment is its location; our door is at ground level. The resort is built on a hill and the land is undulating yet there are only 2 steps between our front door and the rest of the resort. This means those of you with accessibility challenges or pushchairs can easily access the bars and pools on the complex.
So, about the resort: It is worth an internet search to find out more because it does offer a lot, and much of it is free! Here’s a short summary:
• 11 pools, 3 of which are heated, some are infinity pools, some secluded, some with activities, some with slides and one indoor pool in the spa.
• Tennis, basketball, volleyball courts and football pitch.
• Crazy golf course, giant chess and 2 kids climbing frames.
• Fully kitted, air-conditioned gym.
• Daily kids’ clubs and evening entertainment for children and adults.
• Regular bus times taking guests to the private, sandy beach.
• Bars serving snacks and drinks are located around the site.
• A beautiful golf clubhouse with restaurant.
• A stunning spa with indoor pool and a full range or treatments.
• A well-stocked supermarket and a variety of other shops
And finally, the “challenging” Golf Course, 18 holes taking you on an adventurous round you'll not forget in a hurry, which will be sure to test your skills and patience! You can pay and play for 9 or 18 holes and must use the golf buggies.
There is plenty to see in the local area too and multiple ways to get there, for example:
• A taxi ride (100 Turkish Lira approx.) will take you into central Kusadasi so you can enjoy the bazaars, shops, restaurants, bars and clubs.
• One of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World (Ephesus) is only 45 minutes drive away.
• We also recommend local trips to traditional villages, or private boat trips to enjoy the Aegean Sea and its secluded bays.
It’s worth noting that our friends own an identical apartment next door, so if you are considering holidaying with a larger group, this can be arranged.

• taxi rank is available at the resort and displays the cost to various destinations in the area
• beach towels are available around the resort
• there are no televisions but WIFI is freely available to you
• child’s high chair can be found under one of the beds while travel cots can be hired from reception
• As no cash exchanges hands at the snacks bars or restaurants, when you arrive at the resort you can register your credit card. This will enable you to buy food and drink on the resort and at the golf club bar. On check-out you return your keys to reception and pay off your account.
