You can expect a 60m², fully equipped, stylishly furnished and well-kept apartment in a quiet location.
From the fully-fledged kitchen, to the 43 “Smart TV with satellite reception, BluRay player and WiFi, to the covered terrace and a small garden, we leave nothing to be desired.
The guest apartment naturally has a separate, barrier-free entrance and can be used by guests without restriction.
Important: NO "party apartment"!
We are on site and always open to the wishes of our guests.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a bakery with breakfast options and a friendly Italian.

5 minutes on foot to the S-Bahn station with connections to Cologne, Düsseldorf, Neuss, etc.

The guest apartment will be handed over in a clean condition and with complete inventory.
If you miss anything in the facility or need help, please contact us with confidence.
All things that are in the apartment or in the garden may and should be used by the guests. Please handle the entire facility and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care.
Damages must be reported to us immediately!
The user is liable for any damage caused culpably by the user.
Please use energy sources and water consumption sparingly.

Pets are not allowed.
Out of consideration, celebrations are not allowed in the apartment!
Arrival and departure:
The apartment is vacant on the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m. Please let us know your expected arrival time a few days before arrival. The keys are handed over after individual consultation.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be swept clean by 12 noon (exceptions please only by arrangement). All used dishes must be put back in the cupboards, the beds do not have to be removed. Please throw all used towels in a heap on the floor before departure.
Shoes:
We ask you not to walk in the apartment with street shoes.
To the smokers:
Smoking is only permitted on the terrace and in the garden! Please use the ashtray and do not let the smoke move unnecessarily into the apartment.
Kitchen:
We kindly ask you to rinse used dishes before leaving and remove any food residues from the refrigerator, as well as the surfaces of food residues or similar. to free. Please dispose of your waste in the trash can provided for this purpose.
Bath:
Please do not dispose of hygiene products and food waste in the toilet!
Rubbish:
We separate recyclable waste (yellow sack) and residual waste (right pink bin in the bin bin in front of the front door). A trash can is in the kitchen. Please shred larger packaging.
Rest periods:
In the spirit of a good neighborhood, we ask that you keep your night's sleep from 10 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Out of consideration, celebrations are not allowed in the apartment!

Termination:
In the event of a violation of our house rules, the landlord can unilaterally terminate the rental agreement and the guest must leave the apartment immediately. In this case there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
