The Space:
This studio apartment has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Minneapolis! The bedroom has a sliding door that can be closed, but one of the walls does not reach the ceiling at the top and is open to the living area (see photos). In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi!
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths. There is limited street parking in the area, but we suggest using the ParkMobile app to search for any available parking options.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Smart TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own log in and enjoy!
The gym is available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use it. Since we do not control this part of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if this amenity is not available; whether for routine maintenance or any other issue. Abusing this privilege may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
This unit is currently rented for 30 night stays or longer and therefore excluded from the permits required for short term rentals by the city of Minneapolis.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Adventure awaits! This suite is a stone's throw from downtown Minneapolis, and is conveniently located next to I-35, between Lyndale and Powderhorn. Boutique shopping, delicious dining, and a variety of entertainment choices are just outside your door. Feel free to explore Lake Nokomis, Lake Harriet, The Hiawatha Golf Course, The Midtown Greenway, and so much more. Exploring not your thing! Then there are great restaurants and bars all around. Some local favorites include The Iron Door Pub, Chino Latino, and Moto-i. Shopping your thing. There are several places to stop along the way. There will always be plenty of options to keep you busy during your stay in Minneapolis.
Getting Around:
You'll never be far from where you need to be. Already got wheels? Driving by car through Minneapolis makes it easy to travel from spot to spot. The compact city’s transit system with light rail and buses run regularly, and can take you through the city. If being outdoors is more your style, the nonprofit Nice Ride, offers rentals as well. Due to the city being a popular destination, Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible.
