This apartment has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Austin! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi!
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. There is also parking spaces available in the building’s garage included with your stay.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own log in and enjoy!

The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located in the mix of everything Austin has to offer. With a thriving cultural scene, a vibrant nightlife, endless adventures await both indoors and out. This location provides easy access to Downtown, The Domain, UT’s Campus, and a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Delicious food is at your finger tips at popular local spots like Stubbs BBQ, Salty Sow, Ramen Tatsu-ya, Threadgill's, and Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Village. Are you into the outdoors? You'll definitely want to check out Lake Travis, Barton Springs, and several of the parks in the area. There's plenty to keep you busy during your stay with us in Austin!
Getting Around:
Austin is very walkable and accessible by bike! Many locals choose to get around the city this way. MetroBike is Austin's bike-share program; making it easy to hop on a bicycle for short trips with more than 77 stations around the city. Walking/biking not your thing? No problem! Another way to get around Austin is by bus or light rail. The MetroBus/MetroRail have several routes, and make frequent stops all over town. Lyft/Uber is also readily available in the area as well.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
