Come and escape the heat or just enjoy the 4 seasons in this beautifully renovated home that includes 4 beds, 3.5 baths in the Forest Highlands Golf Club, Flagstaff, AZ.
Pictures don't do justice to the beautiful, over-sized deck that opens to the 6th tee-box of the renowned Canyon Course, as well as an open flat yard perfect for kids to run or for adults games. The deck includes covered seating, high end grill, couch and fire pit, as well as a dining table that seats 6, and a bar top that seats 4 facing the golf course.
This home has a great open floor plan that comfortably sleeps 10. On the first floor, a large living area opens to a dining area and kitchen with bar. The first floor also has a powder bath, laundry room and owner suite with king bed and large en-suite bathroom.
On the second floor there is another owner suite with king bed and large en-suite bathroom that includes a claw foot tub and separate shower. The second floor of the home also includes two additional bedrooms (Queen, Twin and Trundle that sleep 3 in one room, and a separate bedroom with two double beds), plus an open loft with over-sized couch and tv, kid’s play area, and hall bath with double sinks.
The homes comes equipped with towels, bed linens, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, cooking basics, coffee maker, toaster oven, and a Viking stove. The home also has A/C for those rare hot summer days.
Working remote or have children in distance learning ? We have you covered with super fast gigabyte internet speeds and the home is located in the portion of the community that has great service for both AT&T and Verizon.
The home has an over-sized two car garage and large driveway that can accommodate several additional cars, and basketball hoop in the front. The location in Forest Highlands is perfect, as the home is located on the flat side of the community that allows for walking and biking throughout the community, and easy access to the Wetlands, both clubhouses and numerous parks.
Close to downtown Flagstaff, NAU and a quick day trip to Sedona or Oak Creek.
