The holiday apartments by Lake Orta are in Alzo, a district of Pella. They are part of an 18th-century building, which was recently refurbished. The interior courtyard is surrounded by the century-old parks of the bordering villas, stretching as far as San Filiberto on the banks of the lake. The lakeside is just a few minutes’ walk away and connected by boat to other places around the lake.
The property consists of two buildings. Both have three floors and offer two-room apartments ranging from 35m² to 65m². They each consist of a living room, kitchen corner or kitchen unit, bedroom, bathroom with shower or bath, and a balcony with a wonderful view of the lake and the island of San Giulio.
Each holiday apartment can accommodate up to four adults and one child: two people in the bedroom and two people on the sofa bed in the living room, and on request a cot/junior bed and a highchair can be added. All the beds measure 80 x 190cm.
All the apartments have independent heating, a kitchen with a ceramic hob or gas rings, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a TV and free wireless Internet access. There is also a private parking space available, and there is a laundry room with a washing machine.
In the wonderful garden there is also a barbecue. The property has roofed storage spaces for bicycles or skis, for guests who would like to spend a day on the pistes at Valsesio or Mottarone. The property is fenced.
Apartment on the second floor
The accommodation is on the second floor of the three-storey building. The apartment was recently refurbished (2013) and fitted with new fittings, heating and a new bathroom. It has a living room with a cooking niche, a bedroom with two single beds (each 80cm wide) and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The apartment is light and has a lovely view.
The apartment has two small balconies, one facing the mountains and one facing the lake.
The garden is right in front of the house and you can use the deckchairs, tables and chairs provided. Next to the garden there are free parking spaces available.
