The holiday accommodation is located on the upper floor. The holiday accommodation has a large living room with an open-plan kitchen.
There are two bedrooms for three people with a double bed (180 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200), both with en-suite bathrooms. And there is a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) and baby cot (60x120), also with en-suite bathroom.
There is a large balcony at both the front and rear across the entire width of the holiday accommodation.
The infrared sauna is located on the same floor and is of course only accessible to you as tenants of this holiday accommodation.
The communal leisure area is located on the ground floor and the communal chill-out room is in the centre of the attic.
Of course, all rooms and kitchens are fully equipped and furnished with all possible comforts!
The house has a central main entrance for communal use. Of course, your own holiday accommodation can also be locked separately.

When the weather is fine, but certainly also on nice, dry winter days, every guest can enjoy themselves in the garden. A garden that is decorated like an exciting labyrinth with great Klein-Holland-Harz objects, in which there is plenty of entertainment and adventure for young and old in every corner, for example:

And how nice it can be for parents to have time for themselves and each other without the children lacking anything on holiday. From reading a book in peace and quiet to having a drink together in the leisure area or around the campfire... we dare to call this the ultimate win-win situation!
For those looking for even more relaxation, this holiday accommodation has a beautiful infrared sauna, which of course may only be used by you / them.

And where in winter, when Mother Hulda transforms the landscape into a white winter wonderland, the fun in the snow starts right outside the door and various ski areas are within easy reach, such as the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg in Sankt Andreasberg, the Wurmberg in Braunlage or the Bocksberg in Hahnenklee. There are also numerous smaller ski areas in the surrounding area.
