This is a modern and very comfortable holiday house on the outskirts of Rodi Milici, with two big terraces, a pool, a sauna and a garden with a grill hut and a brick-built barbecue The Castello Rossi holiday house belongs to the private Borgo al Costa holiday property, wonderfully situated on an elevation with a view of the fabulous mountain world and only a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre of the little village Rodi Milici (2200 inhabitants). It is about 3km to the most beautiful beaches on the north coast of Sicily.

There is a big 12m² balcony with a sun sail, balcony furniture, sun loungers. But the highlight is the enormous roof terrace (65m²) with a view of the whole village Rodi and the wonderful mountain landscape. It has a seating group, grill, sun loungers and parasol. You can book a double garage (to be requested with your booking) with a remote-control garage door and direct access up into the apartment. A parking space is free. The outdoor area includes an infinity pool (open 1.3. to 30.11 depending on the weather), a 1350m² garden with a barbecue for great grill evenings, a dining table for 20 people and space to play or sunbathe, and a sauna cabin under orange trees. It is made of solid Canadian hemlock logs. We prepare the sauna at the requested time and provide two sauna towels and bathrobes. It is for up to 6 people and is open all year round.

The house with 65m² of living space is suitable for 2-4 guests. The interior tends towards the modern in terms of furnishing and décor, but still adheres to our primary goal of not offering boring standard holiday accommodation. We invite you to experience a special residential flair at Castello Rosso. It has a modern living room with an open modern kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, Italian and German coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a dining corner for 6 people. The big L-shaped living room (45m²) has panoramic glazing (glass sliding doors 5.5m wide), satellite TV (international channels), payable Wi-Fi, a comfortable suite with a comfortable and high-quality sofa bed for 2 people, air conditioning and heating. Multi-coloured glass bricks provide interesting plays of light and an unusual atmosphere, both during daylight and in the evening. There is a big bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside tables with reading lamps, air conditioning and direct access to the bathroom. Comfortable beds with good mattresses and wooden slatted frames ensure a good night’s sleep. Bed linen is available and is changed weekly. The generous bathroom has a window, shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, hand and shower towels, as well as a hairdryer. Please bring your own beach towels. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes stand are available, as well as a child’s bed or cot on request. All the rooms have air conditioning.

Rodi Molici is near Milazzo (8km) on the north coast of Sicily. The centre of the typically Sicilian village with a restaurant, bars and supermarkets is only about 200 metres away.
