The quiet holiday home for sole use with a large, lush Mediterranean garden, various garden terraces and large private pool is located on a hillside with stunning sea views in the picturesque bathing and holiday resort "Viganj" on the south side of the subtropical flourishing peninsula Peljesac, just a few miles west of Orebic , The sea and the beautiful pebble beaches are just 120 meters away.
The beautiful nature of the area and the idyllic location of the house will definitely contribute to a completely successful holiday. Outside there is a nice barbecue with tables and chairs, several furnished garden terraces and, around the large private pool, plenty of sun loungers and parasols. An outdoor shower is also available.
The detached holiday home offers on 2 floors and 150 m² living space enough space for 10 people. On the ground floor is the living room with comfortable L-couch, another common room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Upstairs there is a kitchen with living area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with magnificent views of the pool, garden, the countryside, the sea and the opposite island of Korcula.
