Sleeps 24 comfortably in six bedrooms. Full-size futon and crib provided. Recently redecorated and refurnished top to bottom. New counter tops, and paint throughout. Game room downstairs with large HDTV, air hockey, ping pong, basketball and foosball. Board games also provided. Private boat dock for easy access to Lake Barkley and all the recreational opportunities of the Land Between the Lakes. 2 HDTVs with AT&T Internet TV. Wi-Fi and internet access provided. Ample parking for 6 vehicles. Washer and dryer provided. Terraced and lighted walkway all the way from the parking lot to the lake. Upper deck has a large picnic table, seating area and a Pit Boss Smoker and grill combo. Lower deck has more seating and a fire pit. Outer deck has a fire pit to warm you on those chilly fall evenings while enjoying the view. Beautiful fall colors. Abundant wild life viewing including deer, squirrels, rabbits and more.

- 18 ft. Bennington pontoon boat. LED lighting, 250-watt Bluetooth stereo, bimini top. 90 hp Mercury 4-stroke outboard engine. 9-10 person maximum.
- 24 ft. Tracker Party Barge pontoon boat. Stereo, bimini top. 90 HP Mercury outboard. 12-15 person maximum.
YOU MUST BE 25 to operate the pontoon boat and 18 to operate the jet skis.
Jet Skis available April - September. Pontoon boats available April - September depending on water levels.
Golf carts available for rent if you get tired of walking up the steps from the dock.
