This is a two-story, three-bedroom vacation Home perfect for families looking for a relaxing getaway from routine to the beautiful Riviera Nayarit to enjoy its beautiful beaches and mountains, pleasant weather, and delicious local cuisine.
With a privileged location just 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches and water activities of Nuevo Nayarit and Bucerías, 30 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, and proximity to all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets, you will love staying here.
On the ground floor, there is the living room and dining room area, the kitchen, a laundry room, a backyard with exterior chairs, a storage room under the stairs, and a guest bathroom.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms: the main bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom, and in the other two bedrooms there are two single beds in each bedroom, as well as a second full bathroom. There is air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the living room area
There is a pool area with lounge chairs and bases to put an umbrella, and a common area with a shaded bar, tables, and chairs where you can bring food and drinks and spend a family afternoon.
