Welcome to this recently renovated 3 bed, 1 bath ranch style house in peaceful North Fargo. Located near Lindenwood Park, Elephant Park, and Edgewood Golf Course, there are endless opportunities for outdoor adventures. The large backyard provides a space to play outside or relax near the fire.
Getting Around:
- Downtown is a 10 minute drive
- NDSU is a 6 minute drive
- The airport is a 10 minute drive
- The Fargo Dome is a 6 minute drive
🏡 MAIN LIVING SPACE:
The main living space is open and provides a welcoming atmosphere. We love it and so will you!
- Updated ranch style home with relaxing tones that say hey you, welcome home!! 🤠
- Cozy carpet that provides perfect comfort for your feet.
- 50 inch smart TV so you can login to your favorite streaming services.
- Spacious couch as well as a comfy recliner.
- The large windows facing the fenced in backyard are great for letting in the suns natural beauty.
- The dining room is connected to the living room space and can sit four comfortably.
- Above the mantel you will find the Joanna Gaines special…SHIPLAP! This pulls the main living space together and gives you that warm fuzzy feeling.
👨🏼‍🍳 KITCHEN:
The kitchen is located off of the living room. Although it is a tighter space you will still have all the necessities, so that you can create that delicious meal you have been perfecting for the last month! 😀
- Dark wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous granite countertops welcome you into the kitchen space.
- Electric glass top 4 burner stove and oven.
- Microwave and a toaster.
- Fridge/Freezer.
- Dishwasher.
- Coffee things: Keurig with K-cups located in the drawer next to the stove ☕️
- Pots, pans, knives, silverware, grill utensils and cooking utensils
- Plates, bowls, coffee mugs, glasses (wine and regular), other utensils, etc.
🛏️ BEDROOMS:
There are three bedrooms in the home and they are all located upstairs.
-Down the hall bedroom one is on your left, bedroom two is the master which is in between bedroom one and three and bedroom three is to your right.
- The master bedroom offers the king Nectar bed of your dreams! Lay that sweet head down and drift off into a great nights sleep.
- Bedroom one is where you will find a queen bed in a cozy space.
- Bedroom three also has a queen bed as well as some additional seating.
- Regardless of which room you choose the thing that will be promised is a restful sleep.
🛁 BATHROOM:
This bathroom offers good space and allows for a few people to get ready at the same time.
- Large lengthy mirror so you can look at your beautiful self and snap a mirror selfie 🤳🏽
- Granite countertop that has good space so you can sprawl out all your essential toiletries.
- The tub/shower combination allows you to get a quick rinse and practice for you American Idol auction 🎤 OR you can enjoy a soak in the tub and still practice for that audition… no judgement here!
- Plenty of towels, hand towels, makeup towels and toilet paper.
- Hair dryer located under the sink and a first aid kit is located in the hallway closet.
🏡 DOWNSTAIRS LIVING SPACE:
- One of the first things you will notice is the 65 inch Q LED Samsung TV (with high-end sound bar and subwoofer). Simply login to your favorite streaming services and you are off and running, well I guess sitting unless you run in place while watching TV! 🏃🏻‍♀️ 🏃🏻
- The Speakeasy style bar, electric fireplace, and cozy couch will make you want to never leave the basement!
- The couch offers great space and is quite comfy. If you want a spot to pass out after that hearty supper meal then this is a quality spot.
- Stainless steel beer fridge and endless beverage glasses are provided. Cheers!
- This area rounds out the house by offering that extra bit of space!
🌳BACKYARD:
The yard is massive and provides plenty of space for all sorts of activities. There is also a fire pit that you can use for those cooler nights! Pull a chair up to the fire, enjoy some yummy S'mores, and share some laughs while you create life long memories. 🔥⛺️
🚗PARKING:
- You will have access to the one-stall garage during your stay.
- The driveway will be able to fit some cars as well.
-Free street parking. Make sure to check the signs on the street for any days that you are not allowed to park on a certain sides. The street can fit 2-3 cars without overcrowding the neighbors.
Quiet Neighborhood that is located in North Fargo. Please respect the neighbors and follow the 10pm - 6am quiet hours. 😴

NO parties or large gatherings. This space is strictly for those that are renting from us.
This spaced is designed to sleep 6 and there will be a $15 guest fee for each guest over this number.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of a room in the unfinished laundry area. There is enough off-street parking for three vehicles, along with room for two cars in the driveway.

Less than a mile to a grocery store, liquor store, coffee shop, gym, and local restaurants.
Fargo has an abundance of breweries and unique restaurants within driving distance of our home.
