This 94m2 Penthouse with 35m2 of Balcony /Terrace
Situated on the top floor of this boutique 4 level building you will have exclusive use of two spacious bedrooms featuring a master with a private ensuite, Queen Bed with direct access to the stunning balcony and while the second big bedroom with a Queen bed also has direct access to the substantial main balcony and its views to Across Moonee Ponds and Melbourne Skyline. Both rooms offer privacy with their elevated position, roll down external blinds and internal block out curtains.
The open plan living area accommodates a fully equipped kitchen with Miele Appliances that flow into a separate dining room and then the living room. From the living room you move through the double sliding doors onto the substantial balcony where you can enjoy and abundance of space and privacy.

1. All Adult Guests are Required to Provide Government Issued Photo ID
2. A redacted copy of the credit card used to make the booking payment
3. A selfie of you and your government ID
4. All of the above requirements must be completed before you will be registered with the Keyless Entry System and access your apartment

Each time you arrive at the building, simply call the Access Mobile Number at the front or rear door and open the door to enter the building. The door will remain unlocked for 10 seconds allowing plenty of time to physically open the door.

Parking:
Free onsite parking is available with each apartment having a single pallet in the Car Stacker. All users of the Car Stacker will require an induction in using the Car Stacker at a cost of $45 (not included in the booking costs). Dimension limits apply to the Car Stacker so please check with us prior to finalizing your booking.
If you require restricted mobility parking bay (not a disabled bay), an alternative a parking bay is available on a First Come First Serve Basis within the parking area of the building.
Alternatively, some Free On Street Parking is available in close proximity to the building.
How Guests Access the Car Stacker
The quest will receive a remote. The upper button opens the laneway garage roller door and the lower button for the car stacker bay door. Depending on the previous user, your pallet may be at the same or a different car remote door. Once you have parked your car, you MUST MANUALLY press the close - illuminated red - round button on the control box to close the Car Stacker Door

2. User Responsibility
The Guest/User’s is responsible for affirming that their vehicle is compliant with the system allowances prior to using the system. The Guest/User must check their vehicle dimensions before booking their accommodation and prior to physically using the Car Stacker. Using the Car Stacker is at undertaken at your OWN RISK, and you are liable for any and all damage, be it to your vehicle, the stacker system, the building or 3rd Party Property.
The system is best suited to Small to Medium Size Cars and some Small SUV’s (no roof racks). However, this is not a guarantee of suitability.
Bigger vehicles such as People Movers, Sports Utilities, big Sedans and full and medium size SUVS/4x4s cannot use the Car Stacker.
If there is a fault with the Car Stacker, the Service and Support contact mobile number is under the car stacker control box.
3. Induction - $45 fee Applies
An induction will be required and delivered by eParking or our local manager. $45 will be paid before the induction will be booked and access provided
We will try to schedule the induction time to meet your needs. However, in some cases, if we can’t meet your time, you will have to use the nearby street parking until you can complete your induction.
