This beautiful premium DIRECT OCEANFRONT property with a PRIVATE OCEANFRONT POOL, HOT TUB, FIRE-PIT and GRILL/SMOKER is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home which comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS from the backyard and is within walking distance to Flagler Ave. In addition, a BRAND NEW 6 seater ICON electric street legal golf cart with beach access pass is available.
The open floor plan of the bottom level offers spectacular ocean views from the main living & dining area along with 2 guest bedrooms. The main living spaces are complemented by original heart-of-pine hardwood floors & white plank-wood & beam ceilings, a large dining room table and two separate seating areas to relax, read and watch TV.
The first bedroom, boasts 1 king bed & an en-suite 1/2 bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size Murphy bed & twin bunk beds and can sleep up to 4 guests. Unique to this room are opaque french doors leading to the living room therefore providing ocean views and natural light. The shared bathroom for all guests on this level hosts a chic vintage standing tub. The quaint kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave and a retro-inspired refrigerator, making this space aesthetically appealing.
Climb up the chic stairwell to the second floor to the OCEANFRONT KING MASTER SUITE where you will be captivated by OCEAN VIEWS, the large DECK, cathedral ceiling, and wall-to-wall windows. This room boasts a solid wood Restoration Hardware king bed & two oversized chairs facing the coastline. Step out onto the 2nd-floor master balcony, almost 40' feet in length, to enjoy breathtaking sunrise views over the Atlantic and the pool deck below. The master en-suite bath is equally as enchanting; complete with a large spa-tub, walk-in shower, toilet & bidet, double vanity sinks, & full laundry facilities.
