My lovely home is for friends who enjoy traveling just like me. You will feel so relaxing just like home. This bright apartment has a high ceiling, 4.2 meters. Only 1 minutes walk from the subway station.
One master double bedroom ensuite with bidget toilet seat and the double bed is 150*210cm; one double bed room also provide double bed is 150*210cm, the high-ceiling attic can easily accommodate 2-4 persons, include 2 singles increase mattress 105*188*10cm and 1 Japanese-style tatami mats 90*188*5cm are available upon request for the 7th room guests. Indoor use space nearly 35 ping.
Quiet, bright, and cozy wooden interior design could easily allow you to spend all day in this apartment. Even if 4~7 adults stay in the high ceiling living room, you will still feel so cozy. This fully furnished apartment with all amenities definitely make you feel at home. Walking down to the street, you can enjoy all kinds of delicious Taiwanese food.

Please keep our apartment’s condition as per you check in, do not take away anything without our permission, thank you!
The apartment will only be cleaned and tidy up once before you check in, all the beddings and towels are being washed and dried before provide to our guest.
In order to support environmental protection, we encourage our guest to bring along their towel and toothbrushes, however we still provide 1 standard size towel 76x40cm for guest as well, and no disposable toothbrush and no large size towel will be provided, please bring your own if you need it. Based on hygienic considerations, no soap will be provided, we will not provide soap but liquid soap for the guest.
Visitor are not allowed without permission, and if visitor stay overnight in the apartment without approval, we’ll debit your deposit from Homeaway
★NO smoking in the entire property
★we’ll charge the original price if our belongings in the apartment being damaged
★Please keep your voice down after 22:00
★Remember to love the earth and turn off the power & air conditioner when not in use and out of the apartment
★Please keep the room key safe.If it is lost, you will be charged $TWD500
★The electricity bill is much more expensive in summer(July to September), so we’ll charge TWD$100/night to subsidize part of the increase, and the ceiling of uncharge will be TWD$1,000 per stay
★Since Taiwan has policy to separate the trash either recycle or non-recycle, we’ll provide you plastic bag for such purpose and if the trash can is full, please take the trash bag to dumpster. If too much trash leave inside the apartment, we will charge extra TWD$1,600 for cleaning cost.
Please love our home as yours. Please stay quiet in the public places such as the elevators, the entrance, lobby and the hallway. If neighbors ask you about who you are, please remember to refer yourselves as Mr. Chen’s friends, NOT GUESTS.
