As you enter through the private gates and huge porte-cochere you will experience custom features at their finest. Double iron doors open to tumbled travertine flooring, Versailles pattern, with 8" coved base, and custom ceilings throughout. Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances. Step outside to a magnificent pool area, waterfalls with slide, 2 grottos and large gazebo with TV and BBQ.
This 4600 SQFT private gated Tuscan/Santa Barbara designed custom home has 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom on 2.5 acres.
All bedrooms except 5th bedroom have smart TV s with streaming content. Direct TV now, Netflix and Amazon are available.

HOUSE RULES:
Please read the following House Rules and we ask that you do not book or request to book if you are not comfortable with any of the following house rules.
* This property has a maximum occupancy of 12 people. All early arrivals and/or late departures must be authorized in advance and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning/maintenance schedules.
* Quiet hours after 9 p.m. are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance. A small Bluetooth wireless speaker is allowed by the pool during the day. No plug in speakers or Dj's allowed.
* Street address and email address must be provided to receive all arrival instructions.
* Renter data form including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking.
* All guests receive a complimentary gift basket located in the kitchen next to house manual. Home also comes stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and perishables including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Household supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters and trash bags and general assortment of kitchen spices. All renters will be presented with the option to purchase a larger supply of the items mentioned above.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
