Enter the home to find dark, rich, hardwood floors, rustic ranch-style doors, and an abundance of interesting and eye-popping colorful art throughout. An open-concept first-floor design provides an easy flow and practical functionality that encourages your family and friends to ease into relaxation and immediately start enjoying the property with plenty of room to breathe and interact while having some privacy. Not your typical vacation rental, the Heart of Cedar Park is furnished with higher-end unique pieces, comfortable Italian leather sofas, luxurious linens, plush throws, spa amenities, and a gorgeous French country kitchen with coffee bar, breakfast table, butcherblock island, floating island with seating, and dining room. The Zen Den - Only good vibes await you in this eclectically-designed and colorful respite. Vibrant fabrics, unique overseas furnishings, and spiritually-influenced art bring out your Chi in this relaxing and soul-centering space. You'll walk into this room and immediately want to take your shoes off, roll out your yoga mat for a downward dog and engage your chakras. The Billy - The Texas Rose of the estate is this front-facing and roomy bedroom with a beautiful view of two large cedar trees. The Billy has been a fan-favorite due to the warm and inviting feel of the room and view. Decorated with the flare of Texas pride and American patriotism, the rustic furnishings and tasteful décor offer its guests an authentic Texas ranch feel with five-star level comfort. Enjoy resting in the custom, plush, high-end, memory foam queen bed watching your 50" 4K TV, take a load off in your cow hide oversized chair, or let the sunlight peek in through the wood shutters as you nap in soft, luxurious, 1000 thread count bedding. The Whimsey - The Whimsey is a roomy and colorful retreat aptly named for its amusing and enchanted whimsical vibe. This delightful, free-spirited room boasts a house-themed bunk bed with full size, custom, plush, high-end memory foam mattresses and a comfortable twin day bed. Decorated with a Bohemian and playful vibe, this space is rich with flavor and flare. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
