Our city loft boasts floor to ceiling windows, two full-baths, and a second private living space that features a work desk and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen comes fully stocked, including both a drip and espresso coffee maker. With bonus amenities such as cable TV, in-unit washer and dryer, and covered garage parking, your stay will feel like a home away from home.
You will have easy access to Speer Blvd, I-25, and Lincoln St, which are some of Denver’s main thoroughfares. Some of Denver's best attractions are a quick uber or bike ride away. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in the heart of Denver in our city loft apartment.

Getting Around:
You are in a great location to bike and Uber if you are staying within the city. But we always recommend a car for added convenience.
Other Things to Note:
One dog is welcome. Pet Accommodation Fare is $250 per month. Please inquire about a multiple month stay or of you are traveling with cats.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.
We require a guest lease agreement to be signed for your reservation. The agreement is just an acknowledgment of our house rules and policies.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
