If music is your thing, you'll enjoy the blue tooth speakers in the bathrooms, the outdoor speakers on the patio and the smart tv's to stream Spotify and other streaming services as well as the bluetooth speaker in the great room.
SUITES AND BEDROOMS
Tybee features not one, but two main suites, two more bedrooms and several additional sleeping accommodations.
Main Suite: With a private entrance, separate sitting room, large closet and a luxurious ensuite bathroom, this suite has it all. Have a relaxing soak in the unique sunken tub, or gaze at the stars in the ceiling while multiple shower heads and sprays envelope you in a warm, steamy shower. Have a morning cup of Joe from the in-suite Kureg coffee bar. You’ll have plenty of storage in the large walk in closet for all your gear.
Secondary Suite: Perfect for extended families, this second suite also has a private entrance, a generous walk-in closet and a private bath. While you won’t find a garden tub in this suite, the shower is an incredible work of art. Hand made from concrete and epoxy, it’s a truly unique geode style you won’t soon forget.
Bedrooms: Additional guests will love the two additional nicely appointed private bedrooms. No detail goes unnoticed. For instance, while you rest and recharge, your phone can do the same with our wireless charging alarm clocks.
Additional Accommodations: for gatherings of up to 14, Tybee includes a queen size Murphy bed in the private office, as well as pullout sofas in both the living room and game room.
UTILITIES
It’s awful hard to think about work, but if you must, have a seat at the desk in the private office. Feel free to do a bit of laundry in the laundry room or give the dog a bath after a day on the trails in the large wash tub.
SPECIAL NEEDS
The home is single-level, ADA compliant including ADA showers. For the little ones, you’ll find a pack-n-play and high chair. We even have a dedicated cabinet of cooking and serving items for those with celiac for use upon request. Your furry friends are welcome and pampered with a comfy dog bed, a convenient dog wash in the laundry, as well as a dog crate and food bowls.
PARKING
Keep your vehicles warm and dry in the heated three-car garage (two spaces available). With additional parking in front and along the side of the house, there’s plenty of room for your boat, RV or up to 8 cars. Shore power is available for RVs.

Hit the slopes at Mission Ridge Ski Resort in the winter, 11 miles down the road or hit the links at Highland Golf Course just one mile away.
