TRANQUIL TERRA MESA, a secluded, one story, 4 BR, 2.5 BA home is family friendly and features a private backyard paradise with a lovely lagoon pool with optional heating and a spa. Between splashes in the pool or spa, relax on large covered porch or poolside in sun or shade. The outdoor chef will love grilling barbecued fare on the built-in gas grill. There's a wood burning fire pit for the occasional cool evening.
Behind our home is a corridor for wildlife so don't forget your binoculars, cameras and field guides! Community is pristine and gated; home borders the Las Sendas Mountain Drive. Beyond the community are the spectacular Superstition Mountains with hiking and biking trails and impressive vistas. The popular Hawes Trail System Loop is a short commute from the neighborhood.
Our home is located in one of the most premier communities in the country! Amenities include a heated pool, basketball & volleyball courts, parks, baseball and soccer fields, hiking & biking trails and a community Fitness Club with spa services. Water recreation, shopping and fine dining are minutes from this community. Our modern highway system makes it easy to visit Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Gilbert and the mountains.

Home has an open floor plan that has bright and well appointed living spaces overflowing with southwestern charm and ambiance. The great room has a gas fireplace, TV and doors that access the backyard oasis.
The great room flows into the spacious and well equipped kitchen with table and island seating. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. A formal dining room is the place to wine, dine and impress your special guests.
The well stocked laundry room includes family size appliances to keep ahead of laundry chores. There is garage parking for two cars. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The bedroom floor plan is split for enhanced privacy. To eliminate arguments about sleeping quarters, ALL 4 bedrooms have king beds, TVs and ceiling fans.
The primary bedroom has a gorgeous ensuite bath with a garden tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities and walk-in closet. There are doors in the primary suite to access the backyard paradise for romantic moments in the spa or pool.
The second bedroom has a private sitting area. The second bath has dual vanity sinks and a tub-shower combination. The powder room is ideal when you have drop-in visitors.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Spa heating only with no pool heating is $25.00 per day, October through April.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
