SWEET MESA LIVING, our 4200+ square foot, 2 story home has 6 bedrooms, sleeps 14 and features a backyard with resort amenities. Languish in the lagoon pool with optional heating for year round dips, or the divine private hot tub. There is a large covered patio, built-in gas grill, propane fire pit and green space with croquet and corn hole games. The sunset and mountain views are alive with brilliant colors.
~ LOVELY and LUXURIOUS ~
The home features a plush and comfortable great room with a large TV. The great room opens into the well stocked kitchen where there is bar and table seating with divine mountain and sunset views. The modern kitchen includes a Keurig with a frother for cappuccinos and lattes. The formal dining room is a lovely place to entertain guests you long to impress. The dedicated game room offers choices in competition: pool, Blackjack, Poker or shuffleboard. A variety of popular board and parlor games plus jigsaw puzzles are also provided. Wow!
~ SWEET DREAMS in MESA ~
The bedroom floor plan is split with 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. ALL 6 bedrooms have king beds, ceiling fans and TVs. There are 3 full baths and a powder room.
The extremely spacious and well appointed primary suite is upstairs and includes a sitting area plus a a private balcony with impressive views. The ensuite bath has a garden tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. A large vanity in the bath features dual sinks plus a place to sit while primping for a night on the town.
The 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms are also upstairs. The 2nd bedroom has 1 king bed; the third bedroom has 2 king beds; the fourth bedroom has 1 king bed. ALL bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. The 4th bedroom has access to a private covered balcony with lovely views. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms share the second bath with a walk-in shower combination and dual vanity sinks.
The fifth bedroom with 1 king bed and the sixth bedroom with 2 king beds are on the ground floor. They have the standard ceiling fans and TVs and share the third bath. The third bath features a walk-in shower.
A ground floor powder room is convenient when guests are using the pool or visitors stop by. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
A large and well stocked laundry room provides a way to keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Also included in our exclusive package are 4 bikes. There are 3 garage spaces available for our guests.

Exciting choices in hiking and biking trails, water recreation, shopping and multicultural dining are just minutes from our home. The highway system for visiting Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Phoenix and beyond is a quick and easy drive from the neighborhood.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 14 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of fourteen (14).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does not record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
The pool heating fee is $85.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Spa heating only with no pool heating is $25.00 per day, October through April.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
