Pool is surrounded by 1,600sq ft of incredible TRAVERTINE decking. Stays 30 degrees cooler than other stone or concrete and extremely resistant to slipping. (Please be careful not to run and use caution especially when wet. While it's very good for traction, we want to stress that you should never push it to its limits.)
Access to some truly St. Regis level amenities available on a case by case basis as a courtesy referral, and, fall outside any agreements with VRBO.

Guest access
Garage parking is reserved for Tesla only. Driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. A keypad on the front door gives you access to the home. Exterior security cameras are in use. They are pointed at pool area, side yards, front door, and driveway. This is to protect us both.

Multi-month rental discount negotiable.
Tesla Model X rental is through Turo. (I will assign you a VERY good rate.) This is the host's private vehicle and has never been rented, loaned, leased before.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the home.
Government issued ID required prior to booking.
