Welcome to your lakefront vacation home, on one of the last waterfront properties to be developed in Kelowna, in one of the most exclusive and desirable areas in the city. This luxury townhouse is nestled between Manteo Resort and Rotary Beach in a complex that has only 18 units and a high end resort style feel. This is a beautiful split-level corner unit with air conditioning / geothermal heating, 1420sqft, 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with room to comfortably sleep 6 people.
You will have your own private 1 car garage with additional parking available for 2 more vehicles in front of the unit - the only unit in this complex with this option.
The unit is thoughtfully designed with entertaining in mind. The split level, open concept architecture, along with the fold away doors in both the living room and the master bedroom, create an atmosphere you won't get anywhere else. Whether your enjoying wine on the patio, or socializing in the dining room, everyone will feel connected in this space.
When the sun is out, you will want to get outside. The unit backs onto Rotary Beach Park, so close, you can watch the kids play on the beach while you BBQ and have a glass of wine on your patio. If you decide to have a pool day, head out to the infinity pool overlooking Okanagan Lake, take a dip in the hot tub, tan on the pool deck or just play with the kids in the manicured common area, tons of room to accommodate everybody here. Want to go for a bike ride? We have 4 beach cruiser bikes in the garage for you to use...biking to any of the beaches along Lakeshore / Pandosy is just minutes away! There is also a blow up paddle board here for you to use as well!
When it comes to meals, we have you covered. Enjoy grilling your steaks on the built-in outdoor Napolean BBQ, making breakfast on the wolf gas range, chilling your wine in the built in wine fridge, or if you want to take it easy, you can order take out from one of the many amazing restaurants in the area and kick your feet up.
Being inside will be easy to enjoy with Shaw fibre speed WiFi, a 50" Samsung Smart TV in the living room and 2nd bedroom, with a full cable package and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+, and a BOSE mini sound system if you just want to listen to your favorite tunes.
Our unit is available for longer summer stays, 30 days or more, so you'll be happy to know all the amenities, luxuries and comforts of your home are here for you and your summer stay in the Okanagan. Please inquire for your dates as we have flexibility.
