Well-proportioned fully equipped kitchen with generous work surfaces. Direct exit to a nice glazed insulated patio for relaxation and recreation. Up the stairs is another family room, also here with a fantastic view and balcony. A bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower exclusively furnished. Up here there are 3 more bedrooms. Large lovely green area for play and games.

A short walk to the sea for salty swimming and exciting fishing trips. Close to the jetty where the Sunningen boats dock, take the opportunity to go on a lovely sea tour and see beautiful Bohuslän from a boat.
