We have a comfortable sofa bed in the living room that can easily accommodate extra guests. And for those who love movie nights, the third bedroom is a private movie theater room, complete with plush seating, a projector, and even posters of some of the best movies ever made for an authentic movie night feel.
Another one of the highlights of this magnificent property is the converted garage, which now serves as a game room. Get ready for hours of fun and friendly competition as you engage in ping pong against your friends and family, there's something for everyone to enjoy. It also has a treadmill in case you wanted to get your steps in while watching the ping pong match!

Other Things to Note:
We have an expansive property with a beautiful garden that attracts smaller wildlife. We do get routine pest control, but please note we don't have control over the lizards, butterflies, bunny rabbits, occasional coyote, etc that like to enjoy the garden as well.
Pls note the landscaper comes every other Tuesday to tend to the garden / landscaping. They do not enter the home at all to work on it.
No pets here, due to the area having coyotes and small wildlife.
