- Yes, yes & yes! The grocery store is 30 seconds away by car, 0.5 miles. You can even walk there if you want, they do deliver too.
How far is your home from the beach? Walkable? Are there public restrooms at the beaches?
- You can uber to the beach. It’s a 7 minute drive. There are restrooms.
Could you confirm bathrooms towels, bed linens, dish towels, hand soap, and dishwasher detergent are included?
- All included.

- We have 5 chairs at the house + 2 umbrellas, a cooler & a beach cart. (and towels)
Can the pool be heated?

- The pool is ranges from 3 feet to 5 feet deep, no diving allowed.

I want everyone to enjoy their time however I cannot express enough that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AT ALL and anyone who breaks this rule WILL be immediately evicted without refund and subject to an additional $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID (do it somewhere else), any excess cars or guests. We allow 4 cars maximum (No street or yard parking and no trailers). Absolutely no indoor smoking allowed.
Check-in/ Check-Out: Check in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. We will do our best to accommodate an earlier check in, but we make no promises. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to have the home ready for your arrival!
Minimum age to rent: 25 years old
Pool Policy: NO DIVING. Pool is approximately 5 feet deep. The Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Swim at your own risk. All children under 18 need adult supervision.
BBQ: Please clean off grill after use.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed because of allergies. If evidence is present of pets, a fee will be charged.
