Enjoy breathtaking views of Coeur d'Alene Lake, unforgettable sunsets, and Southern exposure! We can't wait to share this house with you! We are just a short 2 blocks to the marina, giving you boating and swimming access! Situated in the heart of Harrison, this prime location gives you access to everything this historic town has to offer; bike rentals, festivals, a creamery and fudge factory, wine tasting, a great city park, and the 73-mile Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes bike trail. This home was remodeled in late 2022 bringing you all the modern updates you need for a comfortable vacation. Welcome to your very own North Idaho escape, just pack your clothes... Everything is here waiting for you!
The space:
An unforgettable destination in any season, you'll love the picturesque windows overlooking Lake Coeur d'Alene. The lake house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a luxurious king bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom features two queen beds. Finally, the last bedroom has two double beds. The great kitchen and dining area are the perfect place to hang out and chat while you cook all your meals. The front porch is a great place to relax and unwind.
We love watching deer and wild turkey stroll through the neighborhood!
Things to note:
The main street is plowed during the winter, but the driveway is not. If you're traveling in the winter, make sure to have tire chains and 4WD, and check the road conditions before traveling.
There is only one general store with limited groceries in Harrison. We suggest stopping in Coeur D'Alene to stock up on groceries if you're going to cook while you're here. There's a Costco, Safeway, and Target all right off the 95.

Guests have access to the entire cabin and yard, free Wifi, fresh linens, and fully equipped kitchen.
The Neighborhood:
Harrison is nestled at the mouth of the Coeur d'Alene River at the southern end of Lake Coeur d'Alene. It offers a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Visitors may arrive by boat, car, motorcycle, or bicycle. Running through town is the Trail of the Coeur d'Alene’s, a 72-mile trail paved from Mullan to Plummer. Kootenai County docks are open and you can leave your boat docked for up to 72 hours in the local Marina. Near the water, there's a beautiful city park with a gazebo, barbecue/kitchen area, and a children's playground.

House Rules:
1.Communication is key!Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2.Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Max occupancy is 10. Pets are not allowed.
3. No unauthorized parties! Please respect the lake house as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq), board games, and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5.Have fun!Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If this doesn't sound like a good fit, let us know what you're looking for and we can point you in the right direction. With the exception of things out of our control, we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Act like a local! Please don't leave trash outside where it will attract wild animals. There is a provided trash bin for your convenience. If you're parking on the street, park the correct way and don't block the street or others' driveways.
7. Do not use the steps down to the lake.
