There’re 4 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full gourmet kitchen to entertain your families and friends, and a huge modern family room along with a 65” 4K smart TV for streaming, and a 42" 4K smart TV for streaming in the master bedroom and on top of that there’s an office equipped with Samsung M288 laser printer for your convenience in case you need to catching up a little thing on the go.
Car garage is NOT in use.
Drive way Parking in front of the garage driveway is 45' L x 16 W, can park up to 4 vehicles.

Please set the AC to 80 degrees, clean the dishes and leave them dry on
the counter OR place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and press START
Throw all trash and remaining food into garbage cans
Turn all lights off, Lock the door on your way out, return key to the lock
box if you have one, and send a message once you’ve left.
Check out is 11:00 am. There is a 50% daily rate charged after the first 30
minutes for late check out, and it should not exceed 2 hours.
