When you arrive, you will be greeted by native Arizona plants, flowers, and an archway- perfect scenery to capture the whole family or your guests in a photo. The blue accents on the pillars & window shutters against the beige exterior, and the cutest red lantern are referenced in several of the rooms inside. Crown molding throughout that emphasizes the beauty of this home. These qualities add an elevated country experience that you will not forget.
Living Area / Bar
Leather recliner chairs, massive smart television, designer tiled electric fireplace living area welcomes you as you enter Rustic Ranch! The bar does have capabilities for a keg with the equipment on the kegerator. Bottle opener attached to the bar! Add in feminine planters, delicate and modern touches that can bring a full family's needs into one spot.
Peak into the living/kitchen window next to the gas stove top where you can snag a taste of what's cooking! Mooove over to the kitchen and dining area where there are so many kitchen features that you will believe you are in a pro chef's paradise.

A chef's paradise indeed! This home has enough prep space that you can create full course meal services. The double ovens, amazing cooktop, wine chiller, make you feel like every detail was thought of. Simply the design as well is reflected from the living room to the kitchen, so you see more southwestern inspiration around the 6 seat dining table, and the island that has 3 additional chairs. Share plates on the lazy Susan at the dining table with family and guests or make it buffet style!
Entertainment Room / Bed
Walk through white glass-paned double doors to this entertainment room. The cow print chairs around the gold and white round table are perfect to chat away with friends from the hustle and bustle of the living room and kitchen. A wonderful spot to also do any remote work if you need. Brick walls , and chandeliers make this a perfect room to sleep your guests. There is a Murphy bed on the right, so please make sure to move the table furniture prior to opening the bed. Watch TV as you enjoy this serene room.
Master Bedroom / In-suite Bathroom
Silver, blue, gray, varying whites, and a great big bed to end the day in while watching some television. White linens greet you and make the luxurious feeling never end. When you need to relax in this beautiful geometric styling tiled shower you will feel so serene. Lantern lighting, mirror held by a beautiful strong rope, and the floor-to ceiling wood build make the theme new and modern.
Guest Bedroom
Blues to cool you down in this warm Arizona environment. Flowers and bright colors to brighten your day. Enjoy pool and sunset views from your bed! Fall asleep looking at the barn-style chandelier and cacti painting with the mood lighting of the lantern-style lamps.
Bunk Bungalow
The bedroom space doesn't end! Take a load off in this private bunk bed room and listen to that running waterfall as you drift away from this dream home to dreamland.
Outdoor Living and BBQ Area
Gather the family around the picnic table with bench seating. A taste of southwest living is for all to enjoy under the shade and outdoor chandelier. Watch TV or have your family and friends enjoy the pool area as you grill. End the night with some drinks around the fireplace adorned with bull horns.
Pool and Outdoor Shower
Enjoy the Arizona weather by getting wet and rambunctious playing pool basketball. Or take it easy under the umbrellas that you can sit under while still in the pool. You can have a heated pool OR SPA for an additional $150 + tax daily! Windmills and luscious flowers and bushes create a nice privacy space for all to enjoy. When you are done with the pool and you want to rinse off, take one with the private outdoor shower to the left of the bunk bungalow. Take a seat in a relaxing paradise!
*Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days, Pool service is every Monday- Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.

Minutes from Old Town Scottsdale to enjoy shops, restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife! Hiking is only a few minutes drive away and provides views of the valley that cannot be beat! Downtown Phoenix is a quick drive, too! There is so much to do in this area, you will be amazed at the variety of entertainment available.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
