You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated.
Parking: we have a private driveway that will fit 12 cars. Plus Parking along the front of house.
Please note that ONLY the guests on the reservation are allowed in the home. This applies to more than just staying the night. For example, if your reservation is for 8 people, there should NEVER be more than 8 people in the home at once without our prior approval.
Other things to note:
We don't allow more than 26 guests, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are NOT available for this property.
Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.
This property is video/audio monitored on the front door by a Ring doorbell camera.
Keep in mind that this is NOT a party house. Bluetooth speakers are not allowed. Guests must always observe quietness after 10:00pm in outdoor areas regardless of the day of week. Please be respectful with our neighbors.
