4 Schlafzimmer Haus in Barrengarry, Kangaroo Valley
Located at the base of Barrengarry Mountain overlooking the beautiful Kangaroo Valley escarpment on a private 2.5-acre block. The home is made up of three pods all adjoining by floor to ceiling glass breezeways and polished concrete flooring throughout the main living areas and wooden floors throughout. The first pod is the Master Bedroom Suite that has a large built in wardrobe and spacious ensuite which includes a beautiful bath and separate shower.
The central pod area consists of a generous living and dining area divided by a two-way open fireplace and an entertainer's kitchen with an island bench, two dishwashers and two ovens perfect for entertaining guests. The living area has floor to ceiling bifold glass doors that open out to the entertaining area overlooking the heated spa and swimming pool. With outside table and chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful views across the floor of the Valley.
The third pod boasts three more large bedrooms all with their own private ensuites and private French doors that open out onto the deck overlooking the view of the gardens and escarpment. One of the bathrooms also has a deep bath!
The home has reverse cycle air conditioning to stay cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter as well as the open fireplace in the lounge. WIFI is also included. There is a Smart TV in the main lounge room as well as in the Master Suite and Bedroom No 2 .
Please do note the home is not suitable for children under 10 years of age and we are so sorry but pets are not allowed at the home.
Only 5 minutes from the centre of the village and just 40 minutes from the centre of the Southern Highlands.

This is a 6 star home : every conceivable creature comfort is supplied for a relaxing convenient rural escape: it has a fully equipped state of the art kitchen: stunning lounge and dining areas with grand bedrooms each with matching en-suites : every room has expansive uninterrupted views of the rolling hills and adjoining colourful forest areas with kangaroos literally outside the front door ! Highly recommended - we will be back :
Have just spent the most amazing weekend in the most gorgeous home in kangaroo valley. The home exceeded our expectations with absolutely everything you could wish for.
I would rate it 6 stars if I could. We went with other couples and each bedroom was nicer than the other and all with ensuites and garden views. It was so
comfortable and tranquil and very convenient to nearby local towns like Bowral and Berry. The site of cows or kangaroos grazing at the back of the property just added to the charm.
Our weekend at Serendipity was simply sublime. Every detail in this secluded, stylish house has been finished to the highest standard. It is a great place to relax, surrounded by the superb mountain views and enjoying the tranquility of nature. A great base for visiting the beautiful towns in the Kangaroo Valley. Five stars! We can’t wait to return.

If you are looking for a home which ticks all the boxes, Serendipity is it.
This new listing is worthy of inclusion in a designer home magazine, while at the same time being a 5 minutes’ drive from Kangaroo Valley village and 10 minutes from Fitzroy Falls. - Bowral, Berry, Bundanoon, Exeter and Mossvale are all within a 30-minute radius from the house.
We wanted to stay in a property which was no more than a 2-hour drive from Sydney and this fitted the bill perfectly.
There are 4 enormous bedrooms, each complete with their own ensuites and ample built-in wardrobes in each.
