This beautiful duplex is located in a Historic Bungalow built in the late 1920s, centrally located in Lakeland downtown. Nice park across the street for exercising or spending time with kids. Walgreens is one block away, and local bars, restaurants, antique stores, and lots of beautiful historic bungalows

Dixieland Historic District is a charming neighborhood! Artsy, family-friendly, with lots of antique stores, coffee shops, parks, lakes, and beautiful brick paver streets with historic bungalows. We are centrally located, which makes us close to everything!
You will receive a door code and directions to access the house at 9 am on your arrival date.
