Relax in a comfortable living room with recliner chairs while you enjoy a warm cup of coffee or your beverage of choice.Home has plenty of parking including a driveway for two cars and free street parking. If you enjoy the outdoors, you'll love our extra large back yard! Enjoy a short walk down the block to a beautiful trail and enjoy winter sledding and disc golf.

Livingroom: comfortable three section recliner sofas. With a hung TV and plenty of window light.
- TV has xfinity Flex that comes preloaded with all the streaming services. Just log in and watch your shows. There's even an app on there to watch some free TV channels.
There is just 1 simple control to control the TV power, volume, and the Flex
Dining room/ kitchen combo: Dining room has dining table with six chairs. Kitchen has stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and some cooking spices. Utensils, cups, plates are available in kitchen cabinets. Pots and pans are also available.
In the kitchen is a laundry room: washer and dryer and a fire extinguisher is on the top shelf
Down the hallway is a one full size bathroom with complimentary hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body location, toothpaste and toothbrush. It also has an First aid kit
Bedroom - one bed and a small desk with chair to use as a workspace.

Down the street is a beautiful hill where you can walk the trail.
15 minutes driving distance are all the restaurants and shopping centers, gas stations etc.
My home is a duplex. Home #5337 is Airbnb and the attached home #5339 is rented to my very quiet long term tenant. Tenant owns a sweet older dog who rarely steps out and when he does, he’s always on a leash accompanied.
Each side includes its own private driveway.
