As soon as you pull up to this stately vacation home, you’ll know you’ve arrived in paradise. Curated landscaping of palm trees and tropical flora surround the home and paver drive. The sounds of the surf and a glimpse of the gulf complete this picture-perfect scene. Inside, on the second level, you will find a spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling, travertine marble floors, large windows, and cozy furnishings. The living room features two couches and two armchairs surrounding a handsome drink table. The cozy seating ensemble faces an entertainment center and flatscreen TV. A wall of glass doors lets in plenty of Florida sunshine and opens onto a beach-facing balcony. From here, you and your fellow guests can relax and watch the waves while sipping on cold cocktails. Back inside, there is a chef’s kitchen perfect for cooking up tasty vacation meals. The kitchen features spacious cabinetry, black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a bar with raised seating. The formal dining nook includes a farmhouse-style table and seating for eight.
The primary bedroom is located on the second floor. This suite boasts a king-size bed, multiple windows for a sunny look, coastal-inspired furnishings, balcony access, a flatscreen TV, and a massive walk-in closet. The ensuite bath has dual vanities, a makeup area, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The remaining guest bedrooms are on the first floor.
