The beautiful parquet flooring leads you into the sitting room that is bathed in natural light through its original windows and is finished to an exceptionally high standard, with exposed beams and an oriental silk rug; get the open fire crackling away to warm up the room and look forward to chilling out on the inviting seating of an evening. A step leads you up to the open-plan kitchen/diner, where the stunning marble topped island takes centre stage. Finished to a contemporary design, you can look forward to making use of the appliances to rustle up delicious home-cooked meals and retreating to the wooden dining table with your loved ones to tuck into your meal and toast a glass to the start of your holiday! Music buffs will be delighted to find an antique piano located in this room. Double doors lead you into the handy utility room, which benefits from a washer/dryer, and the final room on the ground floor is a useful cloakroom.
