This gorgeous, spacious home is conveniently located across the road from Lake Anna Boardwalk, boat and jet ski rentals, a putt-putt golf course, and an ice cream parlor, making it perfect for kids, multigenerational families, even a couples' getaway. You're also welcome to moor your boat on the homeowners' private dock and use the boat ramp across the road or a larger one three miles away.
This home is all about outdoor living with a spectacular view. There's a ground-floor patio facing the lake where a bubbly, brand-new hot tub awaits - the ideal spot to unwind after an entertaining day on the lake. On the second floor, find an extensive lakefront deck with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, an inviting seating area with unobstructed water views, and a hammock for afternoon naps. Or, head down to the double-decker dock to bask in the sun and scenery.
On the ground level, find a spacious, light-filled rec room with amenities that will take your stay up to another level. Spend relaxing evenings streaming movies or shows on the huge smart TV, challenging your friends to foosball tournaments or rounds of shuffleboard, and grabbing snacks and drinks from the convenient wet bar mini-fridge. If you're visiting in winter, the gas fireplace will keep you nice and toasty! This level also features a bedroom and a bathroom.
Upstairs is the chic main living space with a modern, open design.
