The house has three comfortable bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, and the dining room is perfect for gathering around a convivial meal.
The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and high-speed Internet access, allowing you to stay connected while enjoying the comforts of home.
Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun. The covered terrace is equipped with a large table and chairs for dining in the shade and enjoying convivial evenings.

The house and grounds are for the exclusive use of holidaymakers.

During the COVID-19 epidemic, we ensure the cleaning and hygiene of the accommodation by following the recommendations of the official website of the measures taken on the sanitary plan by the government.
Late arrivals and departures are possible at extra cost.
On arrival, you'll find all you need for your vacation: washing-up liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent and sponges.
Household linen (tea towel and bath mat) is included.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, as our customers generally prefer to save this cost, which would be automatically included.
However, we do offer an optional full set of bed and bath linen for €100 per stay. This can be ordered and paid for after booking.
A mandatory "intermediate cleaning" package is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants.
However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it on arrival (kitchen and bathroom clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, garbage cans removed, etc.).
If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of 35€/hour.
The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, sms or email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). For tenants who don't want to think about cleaning before their departure, we also offer a "complete cleaning" package, which will be charged at 27€/hour.
