POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Schaffer's Mill amenity access is not available.
2. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10 people, excluding children under (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 10.
3. The lot next door is currently under the last phases construction. Noise and nuisance are likely in the coming months. The HOA has rules in place about hours of work, noise, etc; however, some nuisance can be expected. Guests are advised to contact Tahoe Getaways in advance of making a reservation with questions.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
