The house, in an eclectic style, has been rehabilitated externally with fidelity to its original design and completely redone in its interior to meet the highest modern comfort requirements. The original stone walls have been preserved by repairing or replacing more than 400 tiles that were broken on the outside and on the inside they have been covered with a modern first-class thermal and acoustic insulation system. The windows and viewpoints are made of wood with triple glass on the ground floor and double with isolation chamber in the rest.
The facilities are all new of first quality with an underfloor heating system with aerothermal heat production.
It is built on the ground floor, first and second, plus a basement from the ground floor.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, dining room, modern and fully equipped kitchen, and guest toilet.
